Are samples free of charge? Is shipping included?
Some samples are free. Shipping is usually buyer-paid unless a promotion applies.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. MOQs vary by product group; see the catalogue.
Are VAT / customs duties included?
Domestic (TR) prices include VAT. For exports, duties/taxes are paid by the receiver.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and invoiced B2B options. Contracted terms may apply for distributors.

How fast do you ship?
In-stock items dispatch within 2–5 business days. Custom orders vary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Economy: ~6–12 days, Express: ~3–6 days (excluding customs).
Who pays the shipping fee?
Domestic promos may cover it; otherwise buyer pays. International shipping is buyer-paid.

Do you offer insurance & documents?
